If Sofmo offers paid plans:

• Prices will be displayed before purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Fees are processed through secure third-party providers
• Refunds are only provided where required by law

You authorize Sofmo or its payment partners to charge your selected payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and features within Sofmo are owned by Sofmo and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer it
• Claim ownership of Sofmo's content or algorithms
• Create competing services using our intellectual property

7. Termination

Sofmo may suspend or terminate your account if:
